The adjuster called before the funeral.
A widow in her early 60s was told by the insurance company, within 48 hours of the crash, that her husband was at fault. She had no income of her own and was weeks from foreclosure. We obtained the crash reconstruction report, tracked down two witnesses the adjuster had never contacted, and found what actually happened. The carrier settled for $1.4 million.

A delivery driver suffered a serious spinal injury when unsecured cargo shifted during a warehouse route. Amazon's defense: classify him as an independent contractor with no workplace protections.
